No. We assess whether suitable repairs are appropriate, taking account of the door’s condition and available evidence. Replacement is recommended where required.
Your quotation will state the inspection report or completion records included, with door identification, findings, photographs and outstanding actions within the agreed scope. These document our findings and work; they do not constitute a third-party certification certificate.
No. It helps you record obvious concerns and decide what to discuss with ECC. It does not establish fire resistance, suitability or compliance. If a finding is uncertain, or the suitability of the door has not been assessed, seek competent advice.
